MindSati is built with user privacy as a foundational principle. The application functions locally on your device without user account requirements, without advertisements or Advertising IDs, and without transmitting personal data to third-party servers.
2. Data Stored Locally on Device
MindSati stores application settings and practice session state strictly within the app's private local sandbox:
Mindfulness bell intervals (1, 15, 30, 60 minutes) and quiet hours.
Bell volume levels (1–5) and audio cue allowances.
Selected theme and language preferences.
14-minute mindfulness course progress and last opened timestamp for reminder schedules.
3. Android Permissions
Notifications: Used to display mindfulness prompts and scheduled practice reminders.
Exact Alarms: Used to trigger mindfulness bells accurately at user-scheduled intervals.
Vibration: Used to provide haptic feedback alongside audio cues.
The app does not request access to sensitive permissions such as location, contacts, media/photos, camera, or microphone.
